I get my hair cut by a really cool guy in Kobe named YASU. He has a little salon in Sannomiya called “Billy,” named after his dog, that’s decorated with an American West theme. There’s a nice sofa, huge mirrors, and a weightlifting bench.
He used to live and work in London so he has great English. I really like him because he’s really easygoing, not too talkative, and he does a good job for only 3000 yen. His website is here where you can see find some nice pictures of the shop, and the phone number.
